President Obama has FEMA and other government agencies at the ready. We really appreciate his professional insight on just another hurricane.
The storm has decreased to a CAT 3 status. It actually will pose some problems and evacuations are underway along its path where it primarily affects the coastal areas with heavy flooding and eventually the winds and rain.
So we all feel better that President Obama is standing by in the White House Situation Room keeping track of things:
