It was told to me by reputable sources that SMART MONEY is buying into the U.S. DOLLAR. Then it was explained to me that the SMARTER MONEY was buying GOLD. And furthermore it was explained that the SMARTEST MONEY ("the BILLIONAIRES") are buying SILVER.
Why is the smartest money buying SILVER? Because when (not if) SILVER rises above $100 somewhere these BILLIONAIRES are going to roll their SILVER into GOLD and not sell it.
