We now have been told that both President Obama and Eric Holder will not kill American citizens in the U.S.A. NOT ENGAGED IN COMBAT. Not engaged in combat? What does that mean? ANSWER: That means if "government officials" or "LAW enFORCEment" deems you an enemy combatant then things become different.
There is always a twist of legalese with our lawyers and leaders in Congress since they have a blatant disregard for The U.S. Constitution and Bill Of Rights to further their agendas to change America into a new form of government.
The new buzzwords include but are not limited to "enemy combatants", "radical extremists", "wackos", "paranoid and relentlessly ignorant", etc.
Kill Free Zones to consider
A cafe is a safe place to be. I keep hearing no one will be shot in a cafe. So start spending more time in cafes. I personally like the internet cafes like Starbucks and so forth. They are usually GUN FREE ZONES too.
Does the president have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American citizen on American soil? The answer is "NO" if the person is not engaged in combat.
