Be aware of your surroundings
Right now the minority of American people who uphold the U.S. Constitution are considered by our government and the alleged "Psychiatric industry" to be paranoid, potential terrorists, or some sort of other diagnosis.
Moreover if you carry certain guns even lawfully you can expect to be labeled as a potential terrorist with a potential mental disorder and end up losing your job over it by the increasing indoctrination to categorize Constitutional Americans as some kind of persons who are mentally unstable.
