Is this man a threat?

LEBANON, TENNESSEE---David Sarti of Lebanon, Tennessee has a YOU TUBE CHANNEL titled "dsarti1" and is getting an incredible amount of support from his subscribers after his recent doctor visit to examine his heart turned into a forced medical observation and later a personal search and seizure of guns (or "arms") at his residence.
