To find out now he needs an attorney and thousands of dollars (that's the American way)
Meet David Sarti from Lebanon, Tennessee: Here's a man who went to see a medical doctor concerning his heart and ends up with a string of unusual events and the authorities diagnosing him with a mental condition and confiscating his firearms. Has anyone ever head of such a thing? Can you imagine what it's like to go to a doctor concerning your heart and end up with a mental condition overnight? Some say this is becoming more common today and it is being reported that not trusting our government is a sign of having a mental illness:

So now do we fear a medical exam turning into a mental exam? Appears doctors have the authority these days to force mental exams:
This man David is a Ron Paul supporter who has a YOU TUBE channel where he appears to talk about current events, Ron Paul, and personal preparedness or in other words "prepping". He also appears to like guns and enjoys talking about them and so forth. It's almost like that might fit the profile of a "terrorist" these days in the U.S.A. I heard of these things on INFOWARS with Alex Jones but now the story below looks a little creepy concerning the events that follow: See for yourself below:
Looks like The National Rifle Association is not there when you need them after all: But they are ready to take your money: Fellow YOU TUBE community is working to help this man. The News UNIT is trying to study out the details---see below:
Notice how he was given the explanation that his guns are gone but they were really not taken. He just doesn't have the right to own them right now so they somehow disappeared. Was what was done to this man by his doctor legal or lawful? I guess we have to pay attorneys to find out don't we? Well looks like even an NRA Attorney is backing down from this one. What's going on here?
ANSWER: We used to have the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government here in the U.S.A. Now we have:
Attorneys
Or do we even have attorneys?
