Who's going around shooting people and killing people?  ANSWER:  The "authorized killers" are:

• The U.S. GOVERNMENT 
• The U.S. Military Employees and Contract Employees

Barnone says the old lady was tackled in New Orleans (during the Katrina "Martial Law") for not giving up her gun.  Guess he doesn't watch the video all too well.  He doesn't have a problem with people owning guns but he gives his rant about why you are stupid to own guns:


Watch the old lady get tackled for being secure in her home with her gun.  Looks like the T.V. crew was really worried about it too doesn't it? 

4TH AMENDMENT U.S. Constitution:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
