For some it may be RESISTANCE. For others it's "MANIPULATION". Just depends on your frame of reference or perhaps your frame of mind. Nevertheless has anyone noticed how GOLD and SILVER are acting now with GOLD moving close to $1,600 and SILVER approaching $40? Watch for a pullback here and the INFOWARRIORS and WE ARE CHANGE will scream MANIPULATION. If GOLD and SILVER go up they will tell us "we told you so".
