Here's the "official" EPA RADIATION MONITORING link:  Well we hope they are really watching this closely.  And if they are not? Well, then we're jammed up!   http://www.epa.gov/japan2011/
For me I suspect something was wrong with the milk already.  I had sort of a "hot stomach" after having some here lately and I just have my own suspicions about it.  One of the posters here told me to skip the milk and I will be taking his advice.
So watch the milk and I think anything out in the fields could be contaminated with trace amounts of radioactive iodine.   I'm going to keep taking kelp tablets for a few weeks until this dissipates.  Watch the food too:
Maybe just skip food for a week and have a nice fast and detox?  Not a bad idea.
