Sandra Smith reported earlier today that sentiment was BUY BUY BUY among Chicago traders as SILVER hits record high earlier today of $49.82.  Chicago traders say "Buy it!"  "Off to the races here!" Very BULLISH scenario in Chicago for precious metals....
