I have my own theory on this being the cause: THE USE OF CELL PHONES. I believe we are subject to so much ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION not only from CELLPHONES but also the massive increase in "WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY" that may be inducing this sort of interference in mental or chemical synapse. The importance of "WIRELESS AWARENESS" is going to surface more and more as we become more aware of further health threatening evidence....or everyone will just continue to ignore it and we will get slow cooked to death. Perhaps the fallout from Japan's Fukushima Nuclear Plant is nothing to be concerned about after all?.....developing....
