The mother here was reportedly charged with CHILD ENDANGERMENT. I think the CHILD was the only one who gave any service to mommy during this short video clip. The rest of the story I don't know but it's interesting that our POLICE like to charge people for everything instead of helping them recover from their problem. Sure just dish out more CRIMINAL CHARGES and make lives even more miserable. I think the Trump administration will actually change some of this with a revamping of our law enforcement system and emergency services:
