McHugh from Johns Hopkins University who is speaking out about the confusion of the TRANSGENDER SEXUAL ISSUES that are creeping across America.  What will the U.S. JUSTICE SYSTEM do with this news?  Will they create a new U.S. GOVERNMENT PSYCHIATRIC COUNSEL and vote in perhaps a PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL LEADER to establish some new terms and definitions for MALE and FEMALE?
