Is there such a thing as an American Muslim?

This is complicated but after the San Bernardino, California shooting of a Christmas party at this government welfare agency by two devout Muslims (a third still is missing) we will now be faced with serious discussions on how to handle this PRESENT AND DANGEROUS KILLER RELIGION that has crept into the United States of America.  There is a real problem here and it is now obvious that it has arrived on American soil and has to be dealt with unlike any other time.  Adding to this present danger is the fact that we have other ENEMIES OF AMERICA and OATH OF OFFICE VIOLATORS that are planning to make things worse by disarming We the People.  We the People by the way are Americans and we are not the enemies of America.  How have these enemies crept in unawares?
