This article makes sense up until the point where it mentions that the U.S. DOLLAR has been devalued.  If you look at the chart of the U.S. DOLLAR FUTURES it has been appreciating and gaining more value.  More value in what?  ANSWER:  U.S. DOLLARS. :-)  Sounds kind of crazy doesn't it?
