Who are they?
Here looks like a real problem since our POLICE aren't able to protect us but are rather a LAW ENFORCEMENT BUSINESS that seeks to devour we the people through ASSAULTS and JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE and various other THREATENING MEASURES. Now we the people have to hire PRIVATE MILITARY CONTRACTORS to protect and serve us. Something is certainly gone wrong in America:
