Some folks are reporting that Dutchsinse is a hoax however he has been known to be rather skillful in advanced meteorological and atmospheric studies as he reveals the truth behind HAARP along with the National Weather Service NEXRAD radar arrays and has exposed various concerns with weather modification via CHEMTRAILS and HAARP TRANSMITTERS. Dutchsinse is also well versed in seismology and has been actively monitoring earthquake patterns and concerns across the entire world.
