New York Commuter Train Crash Caused by EXCESS SPEED

82 MPH in a 30 MPH ZONE

Maybe the engineer thought he was playing a video game? Or maybe he fell asleep from working rotating shifts?

The NTSB needs to investigate this and other transportation professions such as the FAA, etc.
