Is TRUMP on VICTORY TOUR with the CIA?

SOME RENEWED CONCERNS ABOUT President Donald Trump:

There are some new concerns now over Donald Trump as he addressed the CIA today in Langley, Virginia: Is it possible that President Trump is losing his mind here and he's running off the rails already? You might actually see Vice President Mike Pence take over in a matter of a few weeks to a month or two. Yikes!

Some say that's what the establishment wants anyway. They want TRUMP to self-destruct and hand it over to make Pence the President somehow through maybe even DIAGNOSED MENTAL ILLNESS of President Donald Trump. We'll see...
