The RESERVE DEPUTY simply made an honest mistake
It is now known that there's a STRESS RELATED PHENOMENA that police experience where in the line of duty the brain tells the body to do one thing but it does something else. Police can be a true victims of SLIPS AND CAPTURE phenomena in the line of duty.
We will now be hearing that these accidental and excessive force shooting may now be ruled NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF SLIPS AND CAPTURE:
