This is probably less of a concern given Chicago is a gun free zone and there are no worries there. Maybe it will be time for people to hire contract security details to patrol their neighborhoods and carry a flashlight and cell phone? Soon maybe there will be a HOTLINE to DIAL A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL to help with these calls? Something just has to be done:
