Oil to $40?  No big deal for OPEC

While the squeeze is on to punish Vladimir Putin and the Russian Rouble Currency by world market collusion and market manipulation resulting in EFFECTIVE SANCTIONS the American consumer is noticing that the prices of fuel at the pump have slowed their decent.  Any further decent in the PUMP PRICES OF FUEL would have to result in decreased gas and  taxes.  We certainly are entering some interesting times watching the big money battle it all out with the electronic world markets:
