Constitutional Confusion over ASSAULT WEAPONS:

Who defines an ASSAULT WEAPON?

Since when is a SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLE and ASSAULT RIFLE? When it commits a crime?

Are SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOLS called ASSAULT PISTOLS?
