Does QE4 = INFLATION?

Jim Rickards (another gold and silver fraud) says we've been in a depression since 2007. Really? I guess he hasn't been to WalMart or BestBuy on Black Friday watching those depressed Americans buy the latest gadget allegedly on sale. There will be no INFLATION but what there will be is a COORDINATED TAKEDOWN OF FINANCIAL SOLVENCY for most Americans. It is a very complicated and clever plan:
