Thrive demonstrates the depravity of man who will not seek after God. God is not in his thoughts. Man wants to worship the universe and is continually interested in exalting HIS OPINION:
What is happening is man continually rebels against God and exalts and worships the creature rather than the creator. He is seeking some alleged wisdom in the universe and thinks his own scientific brilliance will change things by somehow changing or acknowledging some hidden energy in the time and space continuum to create a new world through self-organization that works justice for everyone...and the list goes on.
What man does not realize is that he is not only already fallen according to God's word but he is falling into this NEW WORLD ORDER he seeks to allegedly expose. Man continues to rebel against God and God shall send him a strong delusion to believe a lie:
| And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; |
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
