The Baton Rouge Gunman was a TARGETED INDIVIDUAL

Have you heard of TARGETED INDIVIDUALS or T.I.'s?

I remember coming across a TARGETED INDIVIDUAL from New Jersey on a hangout a year or more ago. This person claimed that he was targeted by the U.S. GOVERNMENT and had hidden cameras that were in the drywall of his home. But when several of us asked him to remove the cameras and show them to us he never did.

So here's a story about the Baton Rouge, Louisiana shooter Gavin Long. He apparently was a TARGETED INDIVIDUAL. Is this a new mental illness? The Targeted Individual Disorder or TID?
