WHY DONALD TRUMP?
Why did God permit Trump to rise to power? I suggest that there is a very specific reason based in prophecy. The last era of the Church Age is the Laodicean Church. The one previous was the Philadelphian Church. This is found in Revelation Chapter Three.
The Philadelphian Church had no criticism of it by Christ. They loved the Word of God, and they were given an open door.
Revelation 3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
The Philadelphians went through the door into the world and preached the Gospel. This was the age of world missions. It is almost now totally extinct, and what missions there are in the world are highly compromised and sunk in social works with no preaching of the Gospel.
We are now in the Laodicean Church Age. Jesus describes them:
Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
This age is about to end with the Rapture of true believers, and it will be followed by the Great Tribulation in which God pours out his wrath on the world and the Laodicean Church. The vast majority of churches, small and large, around the world, are hog pens. They have vile godless music, no real worship, and the message is prosperity Gospel and psychology. God is about to kill them all off in the Great Tribulation.
Also, I put you on notice that Laodicea is not only Liberal Christian churches like Episcopalian and Methodist. Laodicea is also found in Fundamental Baptist churches and other allegedly conservative settings. Fundamentalism is loaded with naked preachers (vs, 17 above). And, the loudest praise for Donald Trump is coming from Fundamental Baptists. To Hell with holiness, put your MAGA hat on.
So, it appears to me that God wanted to separate the sheep from the goats, that is, the Philadelphians from the Laodiceans. So, in America, God offered all of Christendom a man who played the religion card, but morally he was a dog. He threw away his first two wives and married a porn queen. He is a rabid narcissist, and he is vicious to anyone who disagrees with him.
The goat Christians, those not truly born again, were totally deceived by this man, and they at once exalted him and claimed that he was sent by God to save America. The sheep Christians took a step back and held their peace and refused to participate in the political religion of Trump. The division between the two churches is stark. We see hate and rage coming from Christians who exalt Trump for anyone who suggests he is not a man of God.
The Apostle John would know who Trump is:
1 John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
This, it seems to me, is how God is preparing to distinguish true Christians from fake Christians. God, in the Old Testament, often asked Israel for a verdict. A choice was demanded by God so that what he did with the rebels and backsliders was obviously just and necessary. Here is Joshua demanding a verdict out of Israel.
Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;
Many thousands of Christians today, in America, are telling God, "We will serve a godless man who trashes his wives and lies incessantly. We will not have any God who tells us to distinguish between good and evil in the men we follow."
Ezekiel 44:23 And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
24 And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: .......
Trump is a totally profane man who mocks at confession of sin. He exalts himself constantly, and he mocks at anyone who dies serving his country as a loser. This means that Trump considers Jesus Christ a loser because he died on Calvary to accomplish his God-given purpose on earth.
Are you a goat or a sheep? You are NOT permitted to not decide. God insists that you choose the sheep or the goats. And, your choice may well determine whether or not you go in the Rapture of the Church or remain here for the wrath of God.
I smell straw in the wind. "Are you suggesting we vote for Joe Biden who represents abortion?"
Absolutely not. I suggest you simply not vote. In our democracy abstaining is a choice, and it is used in Congress frequently. Either man you vote for, you are helping an evil man to prosper.
Choose you this day.....
May I suggest that, if you are a sheep and a Philadelphian, that you repost this item on your blog? We need to get a verdict out of some people. Do it before Mr. Z tosses it please.
