We talked about this yesterday on a live hangout as this MEGA MILLIONS JACKPOT was allowed to grow. It would be very easy for the insiders to cook the books and figure out what numbers were not picked and have the computer generate a pick of numbers that were not picked to grow the jackpot.  

I don't believe for ONE SECOND that these lotteries are not tampered with by lottery officials and insiders who control the picks or at least pick numbers that haven't been picked to keep the suspense of growing a jackpot and raise more money in the process.
