The Paris, France terrorist attacks now raise concern as to where they will strike next. We keep hearing that the Department of Homeland Security claims there are no imminent threats on the U.S.A. however both in New York City and in Washington D.C. the police are on some kind of heightened security as a precaution. What does that mean?
