God vs. the god of this world

The god of TECHNOLOGY is rising up...

The god of this world is being exalted...

And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
--GENESIS 11.6

The founding fathers were deists and pantheists with their self-evident truths and no thanks to God...and now everything is based on our intellect and reason...

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
--II CORINTHIANS 4.3-4
