Keep stacking GOLD and SILVER and HEDGE YOUR STACK

Jim Comiskey continues recommending a STRADDLE

What is a STRADDLE?

Is that something Gumby and Pokey do? :-)

Jim Comiskey who is Senior Market Strategist at Archer Daniels Financial Services has an almost daily report on YOU TUBE.  He focuses on geopolitical events that pertain to precious metals.  His recommendation remains the same for the last year or more of "KEEP STACKING" and also "HEDGE YOUR STACK."

Basically what this means is you would buy a certain amount of physical GOLD or SILVER and then take out a SHORT POSITION against your investment to protect it from a price reduction.

Another way of putting this is if you bought say 1,000 shares of Ford Motor Company on the LONG SIDE and then SHORTED an additional 1,000 shares to protect yourself from a loss.  The result is that you make no profits but you don't lose either.  Am I right?  Does anyone get this strategy?
