This guy really looks like a real threat. Why is it always necessary for the POLICE to use for much FORCE on someone here who's vehicle has been disabled? I fail to see why he needs to be shot with a TASER and TACKLED like that by 5 guys. Oh that's right!---It's for OFFICER SAFETY---I forgot:
