Today's School Campus Shooting Had Active Shooter Drill Prior To Shooting

Remember today's shooting in Bakersfield, California? Not much coverage probably because it was only a shotgun used and only one critical injury. But it did occur:

What's peculiar is that there was an ACTIVE SHOOTER DRILL before the actual shooting occurred. WATCH:
